Indian Fry Bread

I love this road trip. No schedule, no agenda. You see something you want to do and you do it. This day it was stopping for Fry Bread on an Indian reservation in New Mexico. Yummy!

U-Haul Part I

We rented a U-Haul trailer in Florida and the license plate was only attached with one bolt, SO THEY DUCT TAPED IT!!!!!! Somewhere in New Mexico, we noticed the tape had come off so we had to stop and get it fixed. This is the manager of the U-Haul in Albuquerque. He bolted the license plate on, cut the lock that one of us crazy girls lost the key to, and replaced it for free. I wrote a nice letter to his boss. What a good guy :) Stay tuned for U-Haul part II in a few days...it gets better.

Route 66

We took a little detour to check out a part of Route 66 in New Mexico.
